Who We Are
Friends and Flats is a project created by students, for students. While we operate as a start-up, our mission is rooted in creating real value for the student community. During their studies and semester abroad, Fathy and Mathias realized how frustrating it can be for students to find affordable housing in large Cities. This experience inspired us to create a platform that bridges the gap between students and landlords, making housing accessible and stress-free.
What Drives Us
Currently, Friends and Flats is not generating profits. This is intentional. We're fully focused on helping students find homes, not on maximizing revenues. In fact, our CEO Matthias and CTO Fathy are volunteering their time and efforts to make this project a success.
