  It's simple! Just create a profile, browse available rooms, and apply. Make sure to upload all required documents for a smooth approval process.
• Can I apply for multiple rooms at the same time?
  Yes! You can apply for several rooms to increase your chances of getting approved. In the note to the landlord, let them know which room is your favorite.
• What should I include in my profile?
  The more details, the better! Tell us about your hobbies, lifestyle, and what you're looking for in a shared apartment. This helps us match you with the right roommates for a great living experience.
• What documents do I need to apply?
  Required documents: • ID or passport • Proof of income (salary statements or employment contract) • If you earn less than €1,000 per month, you need a guarantor—just check the box in your application and send them the link to fill it out
• How long does it take to get approved?
  Once you submit your application, we aim to give you an answer within 48 hours. 🚀 If we need more information, we'll reach out to you via chat.
• What happens if my application is denied?
  No worries! You can immediately apply for another room without re-uploading your documents. New rooms are listed regularly, so stay updated by subscribing to our alerts.
