Moving Out FAQ

• Do I need to give notice when moving out?
  It depends on your rental duration: • 3-6 month rentals → No notice needed, they end automatically • 6+ month rentals → You must give 3 months' notice or find a new tenant to take over your room
• Can I move to another Friends in Flats room?
  Absolutely! If your rental is ending but you want to stay with us, you can apply for another Friends in Flats room (just not in the same apartment). Since you already have a profile, the process is even easier!
• How do I get my deposit back?
  Three steps to get your deposit back: 1. Fill out the offboarding form to document your room's condition 2. We'll do a final energy cost calculation based on your usage 3. Once everything is settled, your deposit will be refunded
