• When do I pay my rent and deposit?
  Your first rent and deposit must be paid before your move-in date. After that, rent is due before the 5th of each month.
• Where do I pay rent and utilities?
  Payments are split into two parts: • Rent & deposit → Paid directly to the landlord (you'll get their details in your contract) • Utilities (€60/month) → Paid separately to Friends in Flats GmbH
• What are the payment details for utilities?

  No, the deposit must be paid in full before you move in.
