Rental Period & Contracts FAQ

• When can I move in?
  Rental periods always start on the 1st or 15th of the month.
• What rental durations are available?
  You can choose from: • 3 months • 4 months • 5 months • 6 months These end automatically without needing a cancellation.
• Can I stay for more than 6 months?
  Yes! Some apartments offer a 6+ month option where you can stay for up to 36 months. A 3-month termination notice applies unless you find a new tenant to take over your room.
• Can I extend my stay?
  If your rental was less than 6 months, you might be able to extend, but only if your room hasn't been booked by someone else.
• What happens if I don't sign my contract in time?
  You must sign your rental contract within 72 hours of approval. If you don't, the room will be offered to another applicant.
• Can more than one person stay in a room?
  No, all rooms are single occupancy only—each room is for one person only.
